1. Take A New Aircel Sim
2. Write "NEW" And Send To 121.
3. Wait Few Hours You Receive A Msg.
4. And Again Send This Message To 121.
5. Again You Receive Msg.
6. You Done It.
7. Restart Your Mobile.
